At Petalwalk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure premium quality, craftsmanship, and accuracy.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Products may be eligible for return or exchange only in the following situations:

• Damaged product received

• Wrong item delivered

• Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery

The product must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Evidence Requirement

To process a return or exchange request, customers may be required to provide:

• Video evidence where applicable

4. Size Exchange Policy

Size exchanges may be available for unused products subject to stock availability.

Customers requesting a size exchange may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Damage caused after delivery

• Change of mind

• Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings

• Sale, clearance, or discounted items (if applicable)

6. Refund Policy

For Pakistan orders, refunds are generally not offered. Approved claims may be resolved through product replacement or exchange.

For international orders, refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the issue, shipping costs, courier policies, and destination country requirements.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

If the claim is approved due to a damaged product, manufacturing defect, or wrong item delivered by petalwalk. 

• Petalwalk  may cover reasonable replacement shipping costs.

If the return or exchange request is not due to an error by petalwalk. 

• The customer may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.

9. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products may be inspected before approval of any replacement, exchange, or refund-related request.

10. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, import regulations, and courier policies of the destination country.

Delivery times, customs procedures, and exchange handling may vary depending on the destination country.

11. Right to Refuse Claims
